The location was very convenient for travelers with its shuttle service to nearby areas like the airport and the outlet mall. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, making the stay comfortable. One more advantage was the spacious bathroom that provided amenities for guests.
The rooms were quite small, making it difficult to move around with more than one luggage present. The smoking smell in some areas of the hotel could also be a concern for those sensitive to the odor.

We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious and comfortable hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and spoke excellent English, making us feel welcome and at ease throughout our time here. The room and bathroom were spacious, which is quite rare in Japan. We appreciated the convenience of the free shuttle bus to the airport, and the fact that the hotel is within walking distance of the train station, making it easy to explore nearby attractions.
We would highly recommend this hotel to families looking for a luxurious and convenient stay.

the hotel was strategically located just a short walk from the train station and provided a complimentary shuttle service to the airport. This made it easy for me to catch my early morning flight without any hassle. the hotel also offered free Wi-Fi, which was an added advantage for me.
Limited food options and unexciting restaurant I wasn't too impressed with the food at the hotel's restaurant. the menu was quite limited and the food didn't seem fresh.

The hotel's location is convenient for those flying in or out of Kansai Airport. It is close to a very large supermarket where you could buy fresh food. Guests were pleased with the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms and the helpfulness of the staff. They also enjoyed the variety of food offered in the breakfast buffet. Some reviews mention a good view from the room, and a free shuttle to Kansai airport.
According to some guests, there was a faint smell of cigarette smoke in the non-smoking rooms.
